Big hype, little substance

An enchanting exterior but lacks in execution. The breakfast is varied and tasty, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Yet, slow check-in and underwhelming service tarnish the experience. Additionally, the outdoor area is pleasant, but safety concerns regarding the parking lot were alarming. Promised amenities fell short during my stay.

The breakfast was on point with fresh options, and those complimentary cocktails at happy hour? Chef's kiss! Also, the outdoor fire pit area really leveled up our chill time.

The check-in experience left something to be desired. I could've used a chair and some empathy while struggling. Plus, that dirty transfer chair was a major letdown for accessibility.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We really enjoyed the pool and exploring nearby attractions like the Infinite Energy Center for a hockey game and the Duluth History Museum. The flexible event spaces are perfect for gatherings. Just a heads up, parking can get a bit tight, but overall, this place delivers!

Just a decent option for one night in Duluth with real value for money. The complimentary cocktails during happy hour were a nice surprise and made the evening more enjoyable. If you want to snag a seat for drinks, get there early.

Family with children deserves better

The breakfast buffet was good with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit salad. Mike, the maintenance guy, was a hero after our truck was broken into helping with the cleanup.

It wasn't cheap but acceptable.

Breakfast was awesome with freshly baked croissants and a bunch of organic juices to pick from. The rooms were super comfy, with amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. Spa facilities included a fitness center and an indoor swimming pool. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Would stay again for sure!

Fantastic stay with excellent breakfast

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. the hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. The King Studio Suite was cozy and clean, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. I absolutely loved the breakfast—it was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. However, I think more accessible shower options would be appreciated for guests with mobility issues.

The One-Bedroom King Suite was cozy and clean, but the check-in was rough. I was offered an inferior room first, and that was frustrating. Once I finally got my room, the view was great and the space was really nice. Breakfast was on point, so that made up for the rocky start a bit.

Good intentions, flawed execution

The evening reception was delightful with nice snacks and drinks. The breakfast options were plentiful and fresh. The lobby's gorgeous decor made for a comfortable welcome.

The service during check-in was disorganized, and staff were uncooperative when discussing accommodation needs for my elderly family members. The lack of accessible bathroom options was disappointing.
